Northbound - Exit the M11 at J8 (not J8a)and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout signed Bishops Stortford A1250. Almost immediately you will reach another roundabout, take the 1st exit. Take the 1st right-hand turn into Woodside Park Industrial Estate (signposted for the football club) and follow the road all the way round (go past the refuse site on your left) and BSFC MPA will be in front of you.

Southbound - Exit M11 at J8 (not J8a) and take the 5th exit at the roundabout signed Bishops Stortford A1250. Almost immediately you will reach another roundabout, take 1st exit. Take the 1st right into Woodside Park Industrial Estate. Then as Northbound directions.

Information

The car park has CCTV, Infra-red detection and security lighting. It is conveniently located just off the M11 transfers to the terminal only take 5 minutes. On arrival report to reception and quote your booking reference number. There is a minimum charge of 4 days for bookings at this car park.

Full instructions for the return procedure will be issued on arrival at the car park. We strongly recommend that you arrive at the car park at least two and a half hours before your flight time.

Directions

On your arrival at the airport a BSFC chauffeur will meet you at the Set-down point at the begining of the terminal. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended. Please note drivers will only wait a maximum of 20 minutes.If you require a new meeting time please call 01279 306286.

Information

Your car will be taken to a nearby compound. The BSFC chauffeur will give you full return details on arrival. This type of service is ideal for disabled travellers. Please ensure that you provide a telephone number that can be used to contact you regarding your booking. You must have a flight number to book this service.

Directions

Exit M11 at J8 following signs on the roundabout for Stansted. At the first roundabout take the 1st exit sign posted Long Stay Car Park. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, pass the Hilton hotel and take the next turning on the left into the Pink Elephant Long Stay car park.

This car park is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. Comprehensive CCTV is in operation. Courtesy coaches are available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. During off-peak periods (11pm-5am) use intercom points at bus stops to request pick-up.

On arrival and at the barrier, DO NOT PRESS BUTTON TO GET TICKET. Insert the SAME credit card you used to make a booking. A ticket showing your reference number will automatically be issued. Follow signs to zone indicated, noting the zone and nearest bus stop.

On returning to the airport in order to collect your car, follow the signs for "Buses to Long Stay car park". Courtesy coaches are located at the Pink Elephant bus stops in front of the terminal. Please ensure that the coach you board is going to the correct zone indicated on your ticket.

On return to the car pak insert your entry ticket at the barrier of any exit lane. The barrier will open. If you have stayed longer than booked, an additional charge will be displayed and you will need to pay prior to exit using the correct credit card.

Ammendments to your booking?

Should you have needed to amend your booking of dates or times, or if you have forgotten to take with you the card on which you have paid, please follow the manual procedure below:

If arriving via Junction 8a of the M11 (airport exit), follow the signs for the Terminal. At the main roundabout take the 3rd exit following signs for the mid stay car park.

On return to the car park, drive straight to exit lane. Insert the SAME credit card used to make booking with magnetic stripe facing DOWN and to the RIGHT. The barrier will open. If you have stayed longer than booked, an additional charge will need to be paid.

Transfer from Terminal to Car Park

On arrival follow signs for "Buses to Mid Stay car park". Courtesy coaches are located at the eparking bus stop in front of the terminal. Please tell the driver where you have parked (ie Zone E Bus Stop 3).

After passing Zone C & coach parking-take next left- blue signs to "Pick up area/Flight Arrivals.(Zone D) Drive down to canopied walkway to the ticket pay machines.

Stansted Easy Parking aim to provide you with a more personal and convenient experience for both business and holiday. The service is available all year around, but closed from 12:00pm December 24/25/26/27 and 31st/1st Jan.

On arrival you will be met at the ticket pay machines. If you are early, please phone and a Rep will try to pick your car up earlier. Your car will be taken to a nearby secure compound.

On return phone 07967 162399. Follow signs to SHORT STAY. Head to Zone D and meet the Rep at the ticket pay and go to SHORT STAY, Zone D to meet Rep'.

Information

The car park is just over 2 miles from the airport. Transfers operate 24 hours on demand, taking around 5 minutes. The car park has Red Care and Chubb security systems including CCTV. Secure fenced site plus on-site security 24 hours a day.

The car park has around 300 spaces and is open all year round except Christmas Day. Valet service which includes exterior wash and interior vacuum and up to 15 days car storage. The maximum car size is up to an MPV. There is an access ramp to reception for disabled visitors.

On arrival park up and take out luggage, report to reception, your car will be inspected on the outside. On return Ring DJR cars when baggage retrieved andgo to Car Park E, Help point 6, just left of Bus Station for transfer.

Bronze Service : includes exterior car wash and up to 15 days car storage.
Silver Service : includes exterior car wash, interior vacuum and up to 15 days car storage.
Gold Service : includes exterior car wash, interior vacuum, glass clean inside and out and cleaning of interior trim and up to 15 days car storage

On arrival you should proceed directly to the terminal and pull into an available space - a representitive of Stansted Valet Parking will be waiting for you with a trolley for your luggage. Return details will be confirmed and keys handed over. The car is stored 13.4 miles from the airport.

On return you should proceed to the " Pick Up Area " in section D of the short stay car park. This is one floor down in the terminal building and reached by turning left and following signs indicating Pick Up Point. The driver will be waiting with your car ready for your collection.

The car park has around 150 Spaces and is open 365 Days a Year. There is a minimum stay of 1 day, but the minimum charge is 3 days.

At the agreed time, a driver, carrying a blue and white clip board with SPF on it, will meet you at Stansted Airport Short Stay Car Park Zone D Arrivals (near the pay machines Help Point 6A) with your luggage trolley ready for your baggage. They will unload your luggage and transfer your car to our secure car park.

On your return please ring 07905 420118 after you collect your luggage, the SPF driver will meet you at the Short Stay Car Park Zone D Arrivals (near Help Point 6A).

Woodlands Lodge Premier Parking is situated less than 0.5 miles from Stansted Airport at the M11 Junction 8. It offers fast and safe personal transfers to and from Stansted Airport.

This car park has CCTV, high perimeter fencing and security guards 24 hours a day in a secure compound.

All vehicles checked in must be road worthy, and have a valid tax disc in the front window. The car park must retain car keys and accepts no liability for any additional keys/keyrings.

Directions

Exit the M11 at Junction 8A (travelling from the south) or Junction 8 (travelling from the north) and follow signs for Stansted Airport and proceed to the arranged meeting point.

Information

If you are planning to return before your expected return date, you must give BCP at least 12 hours notice or we cannot guarantee your vehicle will be ready on time. Full terms and conditions are available on request with the driver.

Transfers:
No transfers are required as you are met at the airport terminal.

Insurance:
The drivers are fuly insured to drive your vehicle on public roads. The car park accepts responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available with the driver on request.

On Arrival
The driver will meet you at your designated meeting time outside the new terminal, by the departure doors. The driver will be carrying a BCP nameboard for easy identification. The front of the terminal is strictly NO WAITING ZONE, do not leave your vehicle unattended for any reason or you will be subject to security, police action and tow away procedures.
Our driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time, and will wait for 15 minutes after the meeting time unless you have phoned us, in which case the driver can be paged and will wait longer.

On Departure
Your driver will meet you inside the terminal, in the arrivals area. The driver will be carrying a BCP nameboard for easy identification. Please do not go outside the terminal building, as this will delay the return of your vehicles to you. Once the driver has met you he will escort you to your vehicles. Due to police and security restrictions we are unable to bring your vehicle to the front of the terminal building.

As you exit the M11 at Junc 8a (towards Stansted) please call the car park on 07092 883040 to advise of your arrival. Follow the signs to the Short Stay parking, head into the parking area & enter the RED CAR PARK.The chauffeur will meet you at ROW M.

On your Return you will receive a text message to say your car is waiting, please call the car park on 07092 883040. After customs turn right and head towards the RED CAR PARK, where you previously parked. Its an approximate 7 minute walk through the terminal & down the ramp. Should you arrive more that 15 mins late or early without letting us know we can not guarantee to book you in immediately.

This Car Park has electric gates, double perimeter fencing, CCTV and is manned.

Transfers:
No transfers are required as you are met at the airport terminal.

FROM THE M11 (NORTH) - Exit the M11 at junction 8 and take the second exit signposted Takeley B1256. Go straight over first set of traffic lights and continue for approximately 3 miles. At the next set of lights (Four Ashes Pub on your left), turn right signposted Hatfield Broadoak and Hatfield Heath B183. Continue along this road for approximately 5 miles, going through Hatfield Broad Oak. You will come to a T junction, turn left onto the A1060 Chelsmford. Follow for 100 yards where you will see a sign saying Down Hall Country Hotel, turn right here. After 100yds at the T junction, turn left. Follow this road for appproximately 1.5 miles, past the Down Hall Country Hotel on your right.
Continue for approximately 1/2 mile and you will see Stone Hall Business Park on your right. Gateway reception is the last building on the left.

FROM THE A12/A120 - join the A120 (signposted Stansted Airport/M11/Colchester). Exit the A120 and take the slip road signposted Takeley (B1256). At the roundabout follow the signs to Takeley B1256 and continue along this road for approximately 4 miles. Continue on for 1/2 mile and Stone Hall Business Park is on your right. Gateway reception is the last building on the left.

Customers using satellite navigation should enter the postcode CM22 7AS, Down Hall Country Hotel, the car park is located 1/4 mile along the road on the right hand side.

On arrival go to reception to check in your car and hand in your keys. Your car will be parked either on the site or moved to a secured car park 2.5 miles away. Allow 60 minutes for check in and transfer to the airport. 

On return call Gateway on 01279 731400 on arrival at the Baggage Reclaim Hall once you have collected your luggaage. Proceed to the end of the canopy in the Short Term Car Park E, where the buses depart every 30 minutes.
