Travel Extras have today issued a statement that they have become insolvent and have ceased trading with immediate effect.

Our advise to people who have booked with Travel Extras for future dates is as follows.

If you have paid via credit card, then contact your credit card issuer. You will be able to secure a refund as you will have paid for goods or services you did not receive.

If you have paid via debit card, then contact the car park directly to enquire whether they will honour the booking or not.

Holiday Extras are now offering a budget parking option at Gatwick airport. The Russ Hill Budget Parking is an off site car park that offers transfers every hour on the hour to the airport terminal buildings. The car park is around 4 miles from the airport.

Silver Lady Parking Services

Holiday Extras are now offering a meet and greet option from Silver Lady Parking Services at Gatwick airport. The car park has an undercover secure compound and is located close to the airport. The compound is fully fenced and manned 24 hours a day. There are around 200 spaces available for this parking option.

The British Motor Cycle Grand Prix is taking place at Donington Park and long delays are expected on the traditional route to the airport. You should allow extra time when travelling to the Airport due to likely delays.

Note : The A453 will become one way and that access to the airport will be via the DHL/ Car park 7 entrance only.
