What does " Gate price " mean?

This is the daily rate charged by the car park. This can fluctuate and is subject to change. It is the rate you pay if you just turn up at the car park.
Do I need to pre-book?

Many of the prices that we feature, represent substantial savings over just turning up at the gate. Plus, you can guarantee your parking space at the airport. Airports are getting busier and parking spaces can fill up fast at certain times of the year.
Why is a week calculated as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days?

Charges are made from midnight on a 24 hour basis and the daily charge made by the car park is per whole or part day, regardless of arrival time.

Is there an extra discount for booking more than one car at a time?

No. Our prices are per vehicle and are already at a discounted rate.

I only require 4 days parking but the price quotes a minimum of 8. What does this mean?

There is a minimum amount payable for parking. 4 days can be booked and used, but there is a minimum charge payable for 8 days at that car park. Try to choose a car park that does not have a minimum stay charge in this case.
Can I book at short notice?

Yes for the most part, you can book for today if need be. We can confirm your booking by email in minutes for you to print off and hand in on arrival. If you do not have an email account simply print off the confirmation page and hand this in as your booking voucher. If you do not have access to a printer, simply make a note of your booking reference and state this on your arrival.

Note: Short notice bookings are not available for all car parks and options. There are a few car parks that require up to 3 or 4 days notice and most Meet and Greet parking options require adequate notice to arrange meeting points.
What information do I need to book online?

You will need a credit or debit card to hand, along with your vehicle details. Such as vehicle registration number, make, model and colour. Also make sure that you type in your email address correctly when making a booking.

Are online bookings safe?

All online bookings are carried out on industry standard secure connections. This is indicated on the screen where you enter you credit card information by a small yellow padlock at the bottom of the browser if you are using internet explorer.
A secure connection is also represented by a "key" in the same place if you are using the Netscape browser. Secure connections encrypt the data you enter onto the page before it is sent to the online booking system. Only when it reaches the booking system computer is the data decrypted.
Do you send me directions to the car parks?

Absolutely. Your email receipt will contain the car park directions. We also have directions to the airports listed on the individual airport pages within the guide.
